So happy to announce that I received a Choreography award for best piece from jury after performing a solo at International Dance Festival DICFestival in Daegu, South Korea. 

I was invited to perform at the Daegu International Choreographic Festival DICFe 2018, to present my new solo piece, called "Who was I ?"

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PIECE: 

One day I woke up in the morning feeling confused.                                             

I did not want to leave my bed, my head was empty and the only one thought I had was:

“Who am I ? Where am I, and why ? “

This question was never on my mind before. I don’t feel the time passing by, maybe I am still dreaming ? Or am I awake in my dream ?

I am trying to calm down…. I am Eva, I am a woman, I am a daughter, I am Czech ….. NO ! this is not me, these are my roles… like clothes I put on every day.

But who am “I “ without all this ?! OR who was I before the world told me, who to be ? And here my journey of self discovery begins within this solo piece, called  “Who was I ?!“ .
